LVNAuth 1.7 Released!
LVNAuth version 1.7 is now available. This release brings a mix of quality-of-life updates to the editor interface along with bug fixes.
Here is a breakdown of the changes:
What’s New in LVNAuth 1.7
-
Recent Projects Menu Opening projects is now much faster. I've added a 'Recent' menu option that keeps track of your last five opened projects, allowing you to jump straight back into work without navigating through the file picker every time.
-
**New List Command:
<list_add_single>**A new list handling command was added:<list_add_single>. Previously, using<list_add>with a value containing commas would split that entry into multiple list items.
For example, this will create 3 items in a list instead of 2.
<list_add: I like apples, I like oranges, I like grapes, but only red ones>
This would end up becoming a list like this: 1. I like apples 2. I like oranges 3. I like grapes 4. but only red ones
See the last two items? It's because the last comma was seen as a separator instead of part of the sentence.
So now there's a new command for this purpose: <list_add_single>
Now we can do this:
<list_add: I like apples, I like oranges>
<list_add_single: I like grapes, but only red ones>
So basically <list_add> still retains that comma-splitting behavior, but <list_add_single> allows you to enter text containing commas and store them as a single unified entry.
- **Proper Comma Handling for
<variable_set>**Another comma-related update here. The<variable_set>command now properly records values containing commas. For instance:
<variable_set: Hi, how are you?>
In previous versions, comma-separated values in <variable_set> were not parsed correctly. In this update, text containing commas are saved to a variable properly.
- Animation Bug Fix Fixed a rare bug where consecutive movement animations on the same sprite would occasionally fail to trigger after the previous movement animation finished. Consecutive sprite movements will now chain together properly.
